Insta-update January

Hi everyone,

Just a quick stop by with some instagram photos of what I've been up to over the last week or so!

I'm seriously addicted to Instagram, being the incredibly nosy person that I am I love regular insights into other people's lives.

Home made vegetable tagine that was dinner one evening last week.

This cheeky neighbourhood cat quite often barges his way past my boyfriend when he opens the front door in the mornings and jumps up on my bed. Because I'm such a soft touch I give him lots of cuddles before reluctantly putting him back outside, before I get accused of 'cat-napping'. Boom boom. Oh dear.

Me with a massive bitch-face on before I went to get my hair sorted out last week, I should've been excited!!

Buried under magi mesh waiting for my highlights to develop.

Trying a new style as mentioned in my previous post here. I went for a 'Bardot' half up half down, not very adventurous I know but it was a Saturday and I was being lazy. This is incredibly easy to achieve, just backcomb the top section of your hair, then pull back into a half pony and grip in place. More interesting styles to come soon, I promise!

Post rugby supper yesterday of a Mediterranean mezze platter.

Employing my usual credit/debit eating habits today. Surely courgette and lime cake counts towards my five-a-day? No?! Well the apple certainly did.

Are you all on Instagram? Follow me @whatlisasnapped. And don't forget to comment with your Instagram names so I can return the favour!!

Bye for now.

p.s. I'd like to do a little shout out to my non-blogging readers!! Hello to Charlotte, Steph, Isabelle, Jessica, Andrea, Oliver, Liz and anyone else who I might have missed off (sorry if I did!), thanks for reading. xx

  1. hiya! I loved your new hair, you look great. And the things you eat looks similar to Turkish cusine, if you haven't tried it yet, you'd better try :) if you are in London, eat at Tas restaurant near British Museum.

    1. Thanks so much!! I love Turkish food but living in the Home Counties there is sadly a lack of it. However I go into London quite often so will definitely check out Tas! Thanks for the tip.

    1. Thanks so much you lovely lady!! I love veggie food, I try not to eat too much meat for health reasons so I cook quite a lot of vegetarian fare. The cat is the loveliest, so sweet and friendly!

  5. I love Instagram too, it's ace for us nosey people isn't it? I like your round up photos, magi mesh (or however you spell it) gives the most lovely highlights, I remember the first time I had it done when I was 13 (18 years ago agh!) and it was like someone had threaded gold through my hair the colour was so delicate and natural. Your colour looks gorgeous and I like the bardot style on you, sometimes simple really is the best way to go :)

I am now following you on Instagram, I am @bakeglueandtrend if you want to nosey back at me (lol)
